Born: Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas
Died: Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas 1-11-1998
1961: Graduated with B.A.degree from Abilene Christian College where he was listed in “Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities.
1969-1970’s: He had a studio/gallery in Dallas, TX in late sixties and early seventies.
Adcock was a Member of the Southwestern Watercolor Society, Texas Fine Arts Association, and Dallas Artists and Craftsmen Association.

He exhibited in numerous venues in New Mexico/Texas/Oklahoma including the following:

1968: Texas Fine Arts Association Spring Juried Show — Austin – won purchase prize at Laguna Gloria Museum

1968: 10th Annual Eight State Juried Show — Oklahoma City, OK – Oklahoma Art Center

1969: 10-State Juried Watercolor Exhibition — Southwestern Watercolor Society, Owens Fine Arts Center, Southern Methodist University
