i tried both methods

nothing came

i typed in the effect search box there
no result was seen.

what my question was

will it come defaultly?
or
we must add some new plug-ins?

here are the all effects that are seen in my premiere.
if i need to install extra plug-ins
which will be best?

really 32 and 64 bit make a huge difference
and it doesn’t get installed and not even seen on effects window…
