KEYING effect is not visible
In my premire pro i just want to make a see through text title
and searched for keying effect in effects panel
its not there
is it an externally added plug-in ?
or
will it come defaultly? -

Ummm? Just make a text with the titler? You don’t need to key anything. Or are you trying to use an existing title that doesn’t have transparency in it?

if i need to install extra plug-ins
which will be best?

Twirl them down or type the words Track Matte Key in the search box.

nothing came
i typed in the effect search box there
no result was seen.what my question was
will it come defaultly?
or
we must add some new plug-ins?
