Never mind. The problem still exists. I changed the sequence to Non-Drop-Frame and the issue still occurs. There are 3 different angles that I put into Multi-Cam. I exported each angle. 2 angles seem to be identical (by the frame), but the third is off by about 3 frames. Any ideas?

Yes. I think I fixed the problem. The display format was not set to 30fps Non-Drop-Frame Timecode.
