Thanks Mike – life saver!

Having checked there is still a lot of background noise, although not as much on one of the mics. Do you typically pick up more ambience witha tie-clip mic or boom? Not sure which was which.

Has anyone had more joy with either Audition or Soundforge for removing low frequency noise?
