What if I create the square using the B-Spline or Bezier tool. It is then possible to move a single point on the construct in the z-dimension without disturbing the others points on the construct? Thanks for the earlier response. I could see in the inspector that only two dimensions could be altered, but hope there was a work-around. I appreciate your advice.

Yes, I’ve done each of those and read the manual entry on the subject and every e-mail dialogue I could find.
