    Hi Norman,

Yes, I’m back now and the Baltics were beautiful. I don’t usually go to the Photoshop site, only the Vegas site. Thanls for asking.

    Hi Richard O’Brien,

I’m glad to hear your traveling to France. Beautiful place to travel to. I’ve been there a few times along with many other places throughout the world. I recently returned from the Batics which included Russia. Lets get to the point of the posting. Don’t worry about your tapes, you’ll be fine only if you carry on your tapes onto the plane. Let it go through the x-ray machine. That’s no problem. I shoot with a Canon GL2 and use Maxell tapes. Usually I bring around 12 tapes with me. All the years I’ve traveled, never had a problem with my tapes or CF cards for my Canon 40D. Never, never check in your tapes with your luggage. The x-ray machines will destroy your tapes.

    Best of luck!
    Happy Travels,
    Ralph Hajik

    Hi John,

Thanks for your reply. I knew there’s a method to you madness why you were’nt upgrading to the i7. Well, we’ll have to wait to the dual sockets come out with the 8 cores. Then, feel the need for speed.

    Hi John,

How are you doing? How’s your Intel Core 2 Quad System working out for you? I’m always checking your site for any upgrades and waiting for you to purchase the core i7 to post.

    Hi Norman,

If you have CS2, you should be a member of NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals). If your not, it’s well worth the money and discounts you get. Plus, you have access to all the tutorials on how to do tips and tricks. CS2 is a very powerful program with lots to learn, just like Sony Vegas7, 8, 9 or whatever version you have.
Best of luck to you and now I’m off to the Baltics to capture some pictures and video.

    Hi Norman,
I use Photoshop CS2 by setting up an Action, the pixal size, PNG and let it go. It’s time for a coffee break.
