I had the same problem. I was not getting audio with my mts clips. I thought it was because I was on a trial version of the app. So I upgraded to creative cloud and tried again. No luck. It was the same thing. Then I opened another set of clips from a different card and I got audio. I went back to the first folder with the data from the first card and sill could not get audio. What a problem! I just could not figure it out…Then I went into the actual folders in the OSX finder. I found corresponding “.xmp” files for every clip that i have viewed in Premiere. I decided to trash all the xmp files- and behold- I got audio with the clips that initially did not have any! I’m not sure if this helps. let me know if it does.-Aloha!
