oh sweet! that really helps. What I’m putting together is scenes that were animated in AE, so they all have place or time changes between them and thus all the transitions. Anywho, thanks for the help. Cheers

That seems weird. After you put a clip into the timeline, wouldn’t you want to make sure the transition looks right before moving on to the next clip? Oh well, thanks for the replies. Cheers

Sorry, I didn’t make myself entirely clear. When I bring a new clip from the bin into the timeline, instead of staying in the area where I’m working, the playhead jumps to the end of the clip I just brought in. I tried turning snapping off, but it still jumps to the end. Cheers.
