  • Hello Chris and thank you for your input. I have no problem exporting (so far) my OMF to ProTools. Audio follows ok. My problem is that since Multicam Sequence are “nested” in the final timeline, only the first audio track comes across in the OMF. Even though there is 8 tracks total in the MC Seq and only the first 2 are good.

So the question remains, apart from replacing the nested audio tracks with the original audio in my final sequence, is there a way to tell Premiere how many audio tracks it should use to export an OMF?

  • By the way, It’s in Premiere CS6

Thanks you Tero! You were right. I had the whole program window extended. I put it back on the left screen and then only drag the individual windows I want in the right screen (Timeline, program, etc)

    Thanks again.

Hummm it certainly looks that way. What would be the proper way to fill both screens then? Thanks.

I work on a Mac too (OSX 10.8.3). When working with FCP7 if you moved a popup screen it would reappear where you moved it the next time. But this is not happening in Premiere CS6.

[Ivan Myles] “If you drag the popup to one of the screens, it should open in the new location from that point onward. I use multiple screens and seldom see this issue anymore.”

No it’s not working. I move the windows each time and they come back in the center each time.

Anybody else can help please? It’s driving me nuts!
