  • Yeah I have tried ClipWrap and it’s having a similar problem currently. It’s failing after about 5 minutes of uploading

I am unsure myself I’m afraid. I’m a bit of a newbie myself when it comes to Motion. I believe it would work in After Effects easily but that means redoing the first clip

is it to footage or images?

I had to do the same to an image on motion (a logo) and had to colour the background green and then use the blue green screen on there to ‘mask’ it out.

footage wise, i’m not too sure as I’m fairly new to it myself

  • Yes, I have been looking at the Letus extreme I think and it seams to be compatible with the Sony PMW-EX1 but I am trying to see which one has the best quality for a goos price. I found Jeg35 who do a lens adaptor for 300 Dollars which is damn cheap. This also has:

    Spinning screen
    Strong heavy-duty aluminum casing
    Available w/ Canon FD, EF,Nikon & M42
    Back Focus Adjustment

I’m just trying to see what is best for my camera 🙂

  • Yeah, we’ll i have been looking at Philip Bloom and his knowledge on lens adaptors. What I am wanting for my Sony PMW-EX1 is a 35 mm lens adaptor WITH lens and a support railings to help create an amazing depth of field. (Thats the one thing my camera lacks)

I would really like a similar set up that the film ‘Monsters’ (2011) was shot on. I believe it was a Sony EX3 with 35 mm lens adaptor and a small range of lens. The crew on that film consisted of just two people (director and sound man) plus cast. The footage is amazing!!!

Yeah, I hope the people on here can help as this seams to be the forum to be on.

hey thank you for getting back to me.

I figured it out by myself at the end of the day.

Basically when i got back home from filming i backed up both cards onto an external drive. and because the folders are both called BRAVs I changed one of the folders to BRAV2. in doing so i when i disconnected my camera the card with the BRAV2 folder it automatically created another folder called BRAV. there was no clips to be seen on the camera and log and transfer as it was reading the BRAV and not the BRAV2 so it basically had no clips in there when it was actually full.

Crisis over the smallest of little things. always the case ah?
