It’s a new bug in premiere. Happens to me daily. I just duplicate the sequence and it seems to work for me.

This doesn’t really answer your question but I would load your video into Rev.com and let them caption it and send you files so you can test it out on your timeline. You can also go back to auto saved project files when it was working.

Rev.com they handle literally everything and will give you any file type you need. $1 a minute. Best deal ever!!!!

have you tried double clicking on a sequence?

I’ve had the same problem with footage that I capture with my C100. whats worked for me is right clicking on the clip in the project window, go to modify/audio channels and check the box that you would want your audio to go to. Hope that makes sense.

warp stabilizer should do the trick. I’d turn off subspace warp in settings

You could try using the data import utility to import your footage and see if that works
