    Hi guys,

Here’s the problem: when I open a project in Adobe Premiere CC 2017 (mac) everything seems fine until the project is open and can’t find the timeline/source monitor, workspaces, etc…

When I hit the space buttom as a play buttom, I can hear the sound of the sequence like if the timeline is somewhere outside the display. I usualy use two screen but even if I disconnect one, it doesn’t work.

    Here’s what I tried :
Window/source monitor… and all that stuff
Window/workspaces (all the preset I had and all pannels)
    File/new sequence
    Open another project/new project
    Delete and reinstall premiere
    Reset premiere preference
Systeme preference/display, arrangement, position, scale, etc…

In the adobe window menu, I can only open the timecode window…

My adobe premiere 2015 is working fine.

Thanks a lot for your help!

    Here was the solution :

    Go to : /Users/NAME/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Then change the name of the folder Common by Common1 and Premiere Pro by Premiere Pro1

    Then relaunch…

Thanks to the Adobe Premiere Support !
