Well, just to follow up, here’s what happened. It turns out that when the system was moved to it’s current location, the power supply for the HDLink was mixed up with a different, more powerful one that fit. Basically, the HDLink was fried, thus producing no picture. Blackmagic has since replaced the unit and everything is back to normal.
