In case someone else is researching the same topic, all you have to do is highlight multiple clips and reconnect media. Pretty intuitive. I guess I jumped the gun on this one.

I’ve never heard of Blackmagic Design but by looking at their website, the Intensity Pro looks perfect.

Do you have any suggestions for an HD capture card? I’m running a Mac Quad Core. I currently have a Canopus ADVC110 and looking to upgrade. Does Canopus/Grass Valley have a box that you would recommend? Or something similar from another company?

As for my solution; I have requested that the production company send me the original folder structure from the P2 cards. I will follow Shane Ross’ tutorial:

Just watched your tutorial. The folder structure does not exist. All I have are the MXF files.

Also, the MXFs come from a Panasonic HVX.
