Yes, I should have stipulated that our system runs well with CC with all new drivers (especially Blackmagic!!!!) for all the system. The latest OSX and decklink drivers were essential.
I also give my system a clean boot every morning which seems to help with increased playout stability.

Yes I used the features request and the bug report and will continue to do so as we keep testing Prem Pro (out of primetime so to speak). I never used the forum to air the problems, however, due to time constraints, but it is a good resource to remember in the future – I agree.

There is a good work around to this problem and others. Simply programing a macro would let you open the viewer page and have the tracker window open automatically also. You would have to assign this action to a single button on your keyboard however which may or maynot be viable for your setup.
Controllermate is great for this, and Keyboard Maestro also.Pete Pilley

And we were using it in the Final Touch days, so we had what seemed like years of trying to get JLCooper ethernet to work optimally with color. I still have problems at facilities around town with CX desks and ethernet/Color.

Quite a while, but as Darin has mentioned, Black Magic have not as much incentive to work with Tangent to create a better fit.
On the subject of macros, I would recommend any colourist to use them. To be able to customise the wave to be able to use macros on the “F” buttons instead of preset buttons is another reason it would be great to customise the wave.

Hi Darin.
My question was whether the Tangent Waves was going to be integrated fully. I consider full integration as not just support, but full customisation must be possible. Im not arguing for either panel, which for most is more a business decision than a quality decision.ta
