CC and online editing
Ive written here before that CS6 PremPro was not ready for online work. Some 2 or 3 years ago.
I was pleasantly surprised when testing CC recently. Adobe in CC have fixed every issue i had with CS6 that prevented it from being used with our online work.
CC is now functional and particularly the export to tape reliability. Timeline navigation has also improved.
I recommend anyone to use CC in online.

I’ve noticed that the interlacing now seems to be better. Maybe I’m wrong but I never really could tell if the fields were being output correctly when using interlaced and 3:2 pulldown stuff. I still have a pro tube monitor which I can verify that. Now I get the field flicker when paused and full sharpness on 3:2 material on playback. Before it always seemed like some sort of field blend was going on it just never seemed quite right.
I was having problems with CC and video out and found it my NVIDIA drivers needed to be updated and I upgraded to Cuda 5.5. It seems like I’m really getting full on broadcast quality out now. This is on OSX 10.8.4

Yes, I should have stipulated that our system runs well with CC with all new drivers (especially Blackmagic!!!!) for all the system. The latest OSX and decklink drivers were essential.
I also give my system a clean boot every morning which seems to help with increased playout stability.
