Ok, I am posting a large sample so you can notice the problem I am exporting on FLV so it`s a small size large sample if you need me to psot a different format let me know, let me give you some background of what I have done with the footage so you may get an idea of where is the problem, as I said before I use to work in Premiere, when ever I was shooting with HD (Canon HV10 1080i) and then I was outputting a project on SD the process I was doing was capturing the HDV footage on a SD Project and then down scale 40% the footage to get the right size for SD after finishing I was exporting this to Adobe Encore to make a DVD and encore will make a transcoding to give a very nice look, but the final destination was to be watch on TV, anyways now that I started this project to work on an interactive DVD to run on PC and Mac`s it`s a different deal, besides I switched to FCP witch is way better than Premiere, but when I just started I was going crazy to get the camera to sync with the FCP to capture footage, the way I managed to do it was switching on the camera play menu to output DV instead of HD so Final Cut will recognize the device and I wouldn’t have to make any down scale, and it did but when the Capture now window was opened it had control over the camera but the image was shown squeezed on the capture now window, so pressing buttons all around I pressed the settings for DVCPROHD 1080p30 (control device firewire NTSC) and the capture window looked in perfect fit so I made a test capturing then opening a new timeline or sequence with 720 x 480 16:9 anamorphic and it looked right on the canvas it moved smooth so I started working on the project until I made the first export and you Know the rest of this tragedy…
Thank you all for your support.

Thanks for the link, I am already making some test with it, but so far nothing happens, this is what I am doing I am exporting from FCP as:
First Test
Quick time conversion,compression h.264/best quality/encoding multipass/dimenssions 859 x 479/ Deinterlace check box is off/frame rate current 29.97Sencond Test
Quick time conversion, compression h.264/best quality/encoding multipass/dimenssions 859 x 479/ Deinterlace check box is on/frame rate current 29.97then I am importing this two in to JES Deinterlacer both with this options:
Then I switch settings: like in the Input top field first or progressive
on deinterlace tab I used top field, bottom field, both fields or blend fields
What I meant about jumping is more like strobo type of effect since the plate is rotating it seems like has no smoothness like if is jumping from one frame to another, I don`t know if this will make sence to you but when ever I export using QTC deinterlace with 60 frame rate it looks way better, but still has that problem, so I don`t know if I am dealing with a frame rate problem or a deinterlacing problem anymore. what do you suggest???
thank again.

Well finally I got the option for deinterlacing to be editable (it was so easy ), I ran many test using the different options the frame control can offer but still i am getting the jumping, as I said before do you suggest some settings?
Thanks
Pedro

Every time I export I check the Deinterlace option when I use quick time conversion the only thing it does is get the typical jagged lines off but jumpping and strobo effect is still there, now, Using compressor the only option I have to deinterlace is applying a filter that gives me the option to choose diferent methods but nothing gets better, there is another option for deinterlace but it´s in gray always and I can get it to change but it seems to be on, as I said before the final destination is a DVD programmed in Flash, what settings would you suggest I use keeping good res, smooth motion, small file and off course fix the actual problem?
Sean, I really appreciate the time you are taking to help, to be honest I was working in Adobe Premiere Pro for many years so this is kind of a whole new world..Thanks

Since this is a proyect than is only going to run on mac and PC computers I am calibratting the color to stay in the midle between MAC OS and horrible Windows OS calibration, so whay I am doing is exporting samples to run in PC and check out the color, I am not using any external device to monitor.
