    OpenSesame should work in CS6.

Denis, let me know what problems you’re having with it. I am working on an update which fixes a few bugs. At this time there isn’t really any other solution for converting back to CS3 or CS4. (CS6 can export to 5.5, CS5.5 could export to 5)

Actually I’ve written another script called that is specifically designed to show a list of all expressions in a project: https://aescripts.com/pt_expressedit/

You can choose to view only expressions with errors/warnings, or have it attempt to turn these expressions back on if you’ve fixed whatever caused them to break in the first place.

I’ve just released a script that can help with this:
    https://aescripts.com/pt_opensesame/

OpenSesame brings backwards compatibility to After Effects, exporting projects that can be opened in any version from CS3 or later. Projects are exported as human readable text files that can also be edited in a text editor or spreadsheet in various ways, such as changing text layers, colors, footage and file paths.

There’s a Feedback tab on the right side of the page. Click that, then click Contact Aescripts.

June 16, 2007 at 1:37 am in reply to: AE camera data into c4d, not c4d into AE

I realise this will be too late for your project, but I recently posted a set of scripts that export AE cameras to C4D. It also exports the position of other layers as nulls, so you can export things like motion track or motion sketch data too. It appears that I can’t post a link, but if you google “pt_AEtoC4D” you should find it.

I spoke to Angie earlier, she’s fine. You’ll find her at Adobe Live in London, which starts tomorrow. https://www.adobelive.co.uk/speaker14.asp
