but bmd seem to be implementing it for imac/mbp use of resolve. why not for mac pro? new hardware spec for v8 still stipulates pci decklink card. it would be great to do away with as many pci devices as possible to open up more slots for gpu cards – tbolt storage and video i/o cards would be great.

for us it’s because premiere doesn’t work with kona 3
but that’s solved with a new decklink card which is probably what will happen as we will need it anyway for davinci8https://www.postandbeam.tv
