i didn’t shoot this footage myself, i’m doing post on it. I’m still trying to get hold of the DP to double check what he filmed it as, but i checked the camera settings which havent been touched since the end of the shoot and its still set to PN.

But i take your word for it – i’m not very familiar with the PN setting but thats how i arrived at my conclusion.

I’m just looking at the Raylight codec now though it doesnt seem clear how it will help getting rid of redundant frames. Can you giv em e an indication of how you think Raylight might handle the frames?

i’ve been having those same flash frame issues, im glad to hear someone else is too. But so far cant find any explanation after posting on every forum i can find. The wierd thing here is that its occured across three different machines.

Could you describe your project and your settings? perhaps we can see where something correlates between us?
