Truly appreciate your help Dave & Michael. One last question: Do you have a preferred DVD ripper program? Currently I’m using MPEG Stream-Clip which is great, but didn’t know if there is a better option.

Thanks for replying to my questions. I learned today that the Firewire port on the DSR-11 is faulty. Hence, FCP will not communicate to the deck.

Thanks for replying to our posts. I learned today that the Firewire port on the DSR-11 is faulty. Hence, FCP will not communicate to the deck.

Uhh… unable to find the “DV Easy Setup” setting. Just using DV. Is this still listed on 7? Thank YOU.

I posted a notice about my DSR-11 not initializing today and then I just read your post. What settings are you using for FCP 7 to initialize your DSR-11. Would truly appreciate your help.

Thank you. But, I was looking for something similar to the Adobe command key short cut page that used to be part of their manuals.
Does Apple provide a one page sheet for FCP?
