I too, would express my appreciation of the forums. I’ve found the answers for all sorts of problems here, and the selfish act of just a few threatens the service.
Seriously – if they felt it necessary to send out the mail, think how bad the problem must be.

If you’re on the current version (as I am) it’s very annoying to have an AVC-intra preset, but then discover it doesn’t actually work … yet. I’d rather Adobe hadn’t even mentioned it! I’m waiting for the update!
