i’m having a really big problem getting the motion path of my particles smooth, even at 99fps .. the “subframe sampling” option in Particular only seems to be an option for animated/multiframe custom particles .. Trapcode’s help file on particular says:

“If the particle is a still, as in the example above, the Particle>Custom>Time Sampling mode should always be “Current Time” (the default)”

.. and when the time sampling mode is set to “current time”, the subframe sampling box becomes unavailable .. no matter what options i select it seems that Particular simply connects between keyframes with a straight line, no subframe sampling whatsoever (even when it is checked there is no change) .. is this “subframe sampling” between keyframes on the motion path a myth or what?!

.. very frustrating, i just want smooth lines and it seems very difficult to achieve
