I finally found out why it happens !!!!!..

It is a built in anti piracy thingy. When you download the trial version and IF you uninstall it and try to re-install it again it will not allow you to. My purchased version finally arrived and I uninstalled download and re-installed from disk with the registration code and it works fine 🙂

Sony Vegas in Melbourne Australia is VERY good they realised what had happened and also gave me a hand. On the phone would you believe !!!. I must say that I am SO happy with the choice I made as the backup is astounding. Make a phone call and ENGLISH speaking help is there and very competent and friendly help as well. Also program is fantastic.
