Oh and Toast Titanium says my video is in PAL, could that be right?

I got from FCP by exporting from current project settings and made a self contained Quicktime movie. Then into compressor and used 120 minute DVD setting. The jitter was when any movement occured at all.
I changed my project settings to XD Cam per someones opinion on a website. I am truly stuck at the moment.

I did not convert to ProRes and what is the 3:2 pulldown?

Hi Tom,
I have audio on all 3 clips. Strange thing the other clips work with multi clip only the tape based clips I need do not work, they only produce a clip with 3 clips side by side. Thanks!!!

One last thing, now that I have started editing with a certain codec will ProRes still work on the same timeline? Thanks for your response.
