I don’t have the information here at hand but there is an order of processing to take into account.
So it’s possible to have what you think is a safe limiter and then make an adjustment downstream of that.
I think that’s why a lot of folks grade and then add the safe color limiter on an upper track as a final check.

If you AMA then make sure using source settings that the clips are flagged correctly.
In an interlaced project use field stepping to identify progressive or interlaced and if interlaced that the field order is correct.
Then if you need progressive delivery switch the project to progressive.
If importing then the project format must match the source.
As long as the master clips are flagged right MC will add the correct motion adapters.
It does matter that you have the project and therefore the sequence correct as any effects, speed changes, dissolves etc will be made based on the project type P or i

The footage needs to be graded to be safe before you apply the safe color limiter. Using it as a hard clipper won’t look great. Also you need tbe 422 option ticked. And don’t forget very short transients over 235 are normally permitted.

If you want to conform in Avid (the term for re-connecting a final timeline to higher quality sources) and you used the file import method to ingest then you will need to use batch import to bring back in the sources but this time select a higher Avid resolution.
This is a slow process and you have to import all the media for each clip used.

AMA linking he sources and transcoding to an Avid resolution makes for a much quicker conform as you can just re-link the sequence to the AMA linked sources.

So it’s all down to how you ingested. It’s really imported when doing a real job first time on a system to plan the workflow and then actually test it. an hours work at the beginning testing workflows can save days at the end.

Yes you can use AAF to move a sequence and move the MXF media over.
But not all the effects will translate so it works better with simple edits.
I’d normally provide a guide video mixdown and then remove any unsupported effects before the AAF export. The remake in PPro

You can’t do what you need. If you use the normal title tool to make titles you have to edit them individually. If you have lots of titles then the subcap effect has to be used from the beginning.
So you either edit individually or start again with the subcap effect.

Sadly the track renaming was a bolt on addition that never really integrated properly so as you’ve found they don’t appear in all the correct places.
As said best to keep the original track number and just add a descriptive addition.
