  • Thank you for your response! I also found the “match sequence settings” button when exporting. 🙂

Thanks Dennis, will look at that.

In meantime, I was able to do reduce the hiss using the “DeNoiser” function. You can watch the clip (with Jason Momoa) here: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10152390572173884

The hiss was originally so bad, I considered not using the video.

    Thanks for your feedback.

Thanks for your response Dennis. Turns out I do not have audition though. Do you have any other ideas?

    Hi Tim,

Hope this message finds you well! I am back at it trying to create a saved template but this time am running into difficulty, though I was able to do it last time! The language you use above doesn’t exactly match what I am seeing. For example, I see no “templates button.”

In Adobe Pre Pro 6, I see a Title tab at top of screen. I can click that and then create a new title by first choosing Default Still, Default Roll, Default Crawl, or “Based on Template.”

If I choose “Based on Template,” I see that little arrow you mentioned, but am not able to click it. Ive tried a few different paths here, but come up empty handed.

Any chance you can provide or point to a clearer step by step tutorial for Adobe Pre Pro 6?

Thanks for your time and info!

Thank you for your response Don!

I did try that already, after having seen that solution suggested here in another forum. That did not solve the problem.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks again for your time and assistance,

    Hi Ian,

Thanks for your response! I am ingesting the tapes into Final Cut 7 via Log & Capture, from a SONY XDCAM reader. I believe I am using latest versions of Transfer and Browser. But not sure what you are referring to there, nor when you note NLE.

The audio is not in sync when I play in my broswer in FC, but is in sync when I watch tape in XDCAM reader.

What other information can I provide to help trouble shoot?

Thank you for your response Don, and the easy to follow instructions.

I followed each step and this solved the problem.

Thanks again, I am grateful for your time and assistance. I might also now update the U1 firmware and driver as Ian Cook suggested.

    See you around the forums!
