I’m doing some tests to make sure this is working as it should, but I think this sorted out the problem.

Hi, I’m using
HP StoreEver LTO-5 Ultrium 3000 SAS External Tape Drive
https://h30094.https://www3.hp.com/product/sku/10240361

I tried a different cable (the one I was using was used for a LTO 4 tape drive)
and it seems to be working… is that possible that it was the cable?

Hi, I have a similar problem… when Archiving I check to erase old information on the tape but it ignore it and ask for another tape, this tape is full. Did you have any luck with this?
