video track 1 + video track2 = what you see

I want to modify the “what you see” part with an effect.
If I applyed the effect one by one to every track the result would be different for example with gaussian blur.
It’s like video bus track but I don’t wan’t all of the tracks to be effected.
I hope I was clear now.

no I mean apply 1 effect to different tracks
