    Thanks Dennis,

I couldn’t understand how this would happen to be a bug. It’s solved by Tero’s way.

Still if you want to report it as a bug, here is my info:
    Name: Sagun Manandhar
    Company : Logomator

    Thanks again,

    Hi Dennis,

I’m working with an animation. So, need to keep track of each frames.
It’s easy for me to start a clip with timecode set to frames and start by 1.
That way a clip starts with 1 and if it ends at 180frames, then the lenght is simply 180 frames.
But if that clip had started from frame 0 and ended at 179, that’s same too but I’m always confused with adding or subtracting leading the duration to either 178 or 180 hehehe.

Anyway, it’s always easy to do math with frames starting with 0 for me atleast. 😀
For eg, I have 3 clips with following end frames:
    180f
    20f
    200f
The math is simple for total duration : 180+20+200=400f
but if it has started with 0f then the math would be complex like below
    179+1+19+1+199+1 = 400f
    😀

Quicktime player is quite miss leading, if you look closely. you will get extra frame at the end and there is no way to set frame to 0 too.

Thanks but that only changes timecode but not frames. Switch to frames and you will notice the frames starting still from 0.
    🙁

But How? I can change timecode but not frames.. How How ?

I’m actualy working with footages from maya.
it has counter running from “frame:1”

Now that needs to sync with premiere’s timeline.

I can’t seem to find out how to change the frame in premiere. Pls help.

I do not have motion graphics studio experience. So, the style frame always makes be wonder how do they do it ? My workflow is directly from 3D as I play with it.

In 3d motion graphics, they might also use maya,max,c4d for style frames rather than just ps and ae. If the project includes dynamics and simulations, do they do it just for styleframes? How long do they take to make few styleframes?

In my case, I do it directly , and get some playblast to approve it with some styleframes.. So the styleframes are after the animations. Is this a okay workflow ??

Argghhh :\ Im asking too much. hope somebody have to answer long ;p
