Could someone please list the info that typically goes onto a slate for a television commercial? I want to make sure I don’t look like a punk when I send my spot to the media distributor.

Thanks. Now is the 15Mbps limit, is that a Vegas limit or a limit of the format? Also, any recommendation on checking this file to see if it looks good on TV? I don’t have a specialized video card (like Decklink), just firewire, and a dual head Matrox.
