Granny,
Nop I still haven’t solved mine yet.
I am hoping to get the ASF*.dll from a more recent build. and hopefully it will help.
It seem that Adobe as distributed some older build of Premiere Pro 1.5 and we are the unlucky early one who got them.My build is S149, where it seem that the patch will work only on more recent one like S154 or so.

You are talking about Canopus Procoder, but are you talking about the Express at $59.00 or the full version 2.0 ?
The same for River Past Video Convertor, I only found River Past Video Cleaner?

Can you send me the 1.5.0 versions of those DLL’s?
I will try to see if this works, but I am affraid that my entire version is an older build and will not accept the update 1.5.1.
Thanks

Andre, I got the files but still no luck with the update.
My original build is S149 dates 2004 where yours is S150.
I really do think that my build is too old somehow.
Are those files you gave me are the original files before the Update?
I have also noticed that they are the sames as AE6.5, which I have also installed yesterday based on the fact that you had found the sames files there too. Note that my AE ASL* files are the same build as yours, ie: S150 but still not working.
that is strange that there seem to have different build out there that are not “compatible” with a basic upgrade.

Andre,
Can you do a property check on these files and let me know if it is the same as what I have posted before?
That would really help
Or maybe you can email them to me to see if that solve my problem.
Thanks
Andre

Steven,
Just uninstalled PPro 1.5 and the C:Program FilesAdobePremiere Pro 1.5 directory was totally empty. Then reinstalled PPro and that file did reapeared…
There are actually 3 ASL files, ASLConsole.dll, ASLFoundation.dll and ASLUnitTesting.dll whatever they are I don’t really know.
Now is there such think as International version of Premiere Pro ?
I have looked inside the ASLFoundation.dll and found error messages in different languages; English, French, Spanish, …Maybe that would explain why. But now how to fix this?
