I had the same idea with Photoshop (Ulead Media Studio is better) to edit each frame.
But I am sure that there is a working plugin for it.

Hi

I attached the sample of flicker I have on some footage I did 15 years ago with my 2nd hand VHS-C video camera.
It had some problems with exposure, I think…

MSU deflicker doesn’t help here.

Any ideas? Maybe Adobe After Effects? (I am really new with this product)
