Thanks for the help. It is possible that it as shot progressive, but I don’t have access to the camera anymore to verify that. As far as capturing it I can check after work. I did a little reading about shooting progressive on a VX2100 and I think you might be right. My problem seems like the shearing that the 8th post is talking about.

Is there anyway to salvage this footage or will I have to reshoot it?
The video will be delivered on DVD. Are you of the opinion that any adjustments I make will not translate to the final DVD? I do have a very small file of the problem if you were interested in taking a look. What is your preferred method of delivery. I have uploaded it to senduit.com if you want to take a look.

Actually it will probably be both. In the actual installation it will be synched and rear projected on 4 screens, but when I send documentation for review it will be at 24% on one screen.
I am currently applying for a grant and need to send documentation of this work for consideration. I want to make sure it looks as good as possible as they will be judging the work from the 24%/one screen setup.
