I added the “Star Burst” effect.
Yea, I see what you mean, that effect does look pretty demanding when I think about it. However, when I take off the effect and render it, it’s still not as fast as Pro 8 would render it. However I did notice a slight speed difference when I took it off to render. So I guess it’s mainly the effects itself.
I’m wondering if you, or anyone else would know of a method to optimize Sony Vegas to get the best performance for rendering real time and the final project. Like maybe suggestions on freeing up even more space on my computer so Vegas can get the most out of my processing and/or memory.
Tips on acquiring optimal real time rendering while editing would be greatly appreciated.
