Hi Guys,
Thanks for the help. I have managed to create a .mov file from the File>Export>Movie menu.

Although it is a really … really … really large file that is created. Unfortunately if I export the whole sequence, which is about 6 minutes long the export completes but with no file. I can’t find it. So I tried just 1 minute and it created a .mov file (great quality but 1.6gb in size).

Is this right? I’ve tried the quality at 75% and 50% set on Animation, but the export of the whole sequence still has the end exported .mov file missing. Are there any other settings you would reccommend?
