    Thanks man,

I don’t normally handle the audio end so please forgive the elementary nature of my questions :D. I knew there had to be reason everyone and their mother was giving this thing nothing short of exceptional feedback. Looks like a PEBKAC error :D.

If I want to run more than 1 mic in the future, would you recommend running a mixer with more inputs through this thing?

    Thanks again,

Disregard that last post in this thread…

Sorry, it’s been a while since I’ve really worked with recording audio. Regardless, just ignore it.

    Me again :D.

I picked up the Konnekt 6 by t.c. electronic and for whatever reason it’s only recording in either mono or the left stereo channel in both Cubase and Sound Booth CS4.

Anyone know how I can get this thing to record in stereo?

    Thanks for the info!

I’ll take these ideas and run with them. M-Audio is starting to look like the best bet for the interface. I think I was over-thinking it. I found a pretty good deal on the AT2020 bundled with an XLR cable, stand and pop filter, but I want to check out this other mic you’ve recommended too.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Thanks for the feedback

Sorry, I should have been more specific. The software I’m using is Sound Booth CS4. At this moment I would most likely be going through the integrated audio on the board, but I’d be interested to know what options I have for internal audio hardware as well.

I agree with you on effects, I was just interested in this board because of the built-in compressor (Saves me buying an additional one). My budget’s actually around $800.00 so I’m flexible.

    Thanks for the info!

I actually can see it in the proper aspect, but it’s rendering out at the wrong dimensions. I just switched it to stretch out to 16:9. I don’t seem to have any HD presets coming out of AE, despite having QT-Pro installed. I downloaded a few Avid-codecs and that seems to have solved the problem.

    Thanks for your help.

We had a pretty good turn out. I’m thinking May would be a good time to schedule another one and we’re switching out the location to one that is more metro-accessible. I”ll keep you posted on the dat, time and location of the next meeting.

o.o… Thanks for that! I was looking for an events-type link under forums, it never occurred to me to look at the top nav-bar.

    Thanks!

The entire clip. I started doing it in Photoshop and got a magical dancing collar. I think that’s a good idea with the motion tracking. She doesn’t move too much. Thanks for the tip!
