D.C.-Area Motion Graphic Artist, Unite!
I propose a meeting of D.C.-area graphic artists in the city. I’ve put a post on mograph.net to call out for people, but I would like to get some more momentum going forward.
It’s this Tuesday at 8:00 PM at “The Palace of Wonders,” in Washington D.C. It’s a great little bar in the District.

I think this will be a tremendous opportunity for ANYONE working in the industry to throw a few back and get to know their fellow creatives.

I know this is a bit late, this is something I’ve had in the works since last week, I just thought of posting it to the COW today.

If you posted it to the “Events” section, Nick — which you will find linked in the bright orange navigation bar — it would get a LOT more eyeballs than putting this notice here in the COWmunications forum.

We had a pretty good turn out. I’m thinking May would be a good time to schedule another one and we’re switching out the location to one that is more metro-accessible. I”ll keep you posted on the dat, time and location of the next meeting.
