Hey I’m having the same problem with my tapes too….I’m actually using the same tapes as you but VX-2000 instead. Anyways, the same message is popping up only letting capture maybe about 10 sec of crappy footy before stopping… Did you ever solve the problem because its been bothering me for awhile now. This started happening after I updated FCP to 6, so now im not sure whether its the tape, the camera or the FCP itself…
