Try using an effect called tritone. It’s the exact same thing as cc toner. Just search for it in the effects and presets search bar.

if you click on the flowchart window and then press the ~ key, the window will fill up the screen. while the window is full, you can press the print screen button to take a screenshot of your screen and paste the image into photoshop or some other graphics program.

The format is WMV and the frame rate is 29.97. I’m not sure about the codec

AE interprets the lower field first and a pixel apect ration of non square 0.89:1

The left image is a screenshot of windows media player and the right is the same file imported into after effects.
