Thanks, BUt I have given up trying that effect. I just couldnt find any reference material on the subject. And the tuts I was pointed to were down. And my max trial has ran out. I really love that effect you did an awesome job.

aaww man. Well thats a bummer. I have LW but I always have problems getting things from LW into AE. Well if anyone else has an idea, I ‘d love to hear it. I will look into reflex never heard of that.

actually that does not work. It makes the font illegible. I guess you cannot use pixel fonts in AE. I am using the fonts from http://www.fontsforflash.com... Anyone have anyother ideas how I can use these in AE?

There is a plugin called “nightvision” for PS and its free. ALso try Alien Skins television filter. I pulled off a nice infrared look with that as well.

I looked at that tutorial but I dont have final effects complete which the tut calls for. I searched for particles and found one topic but the answer was not really expanded upon. I’ll keep looking tho. 🙁

thanks I do have that I and I understand how to break the object apart, but how to form another escapes me, but I am going to search for “particles” now as recommended

I am sorry if this is inappropriate, but I am trying the same thing but dont know how to get the particles to form another object. I figured it would be better to ask here than start a new thread. ANy ideas?
