Do you have a touch PC or computer?
If no, then it’s probably good for you.Since you are using win7 you wouldn’t have much of a difference with win10.
But with win8 and a non-touch computer people got fed up with wn8 cuz it is optimized more for touch so people didn’t like it much so they have fixed it with the win10 update.
Actually it is no much difference than win7
Just few differences so you will not find it tough.Give it a try friend!

i don’t want to make the bag grow i want it to swirl it and then disappear like the bag going into a void or something like that.
The event pan/crop feature allows us to edit a part of video frame by frame like u said making it grow but the video fx feature doesnt allow frame by frame editing so is there a way around it.
I got this idea from anime(japanese animation).
