The copying didn’t help? Because it worked for me though I use Win7 x64. Maybe there is a specific software within RedGiant’s Suite that is not working. Check this link and see if it helps.

do you have a set of codecs installed on your pc? things like K-Lite Mega Codec or FFDShow? If not, try installing (I have both) and reboot thy pc. See if that works.
