This just “hit” me as well. I did not make ANY changes to the menu or navigation, I just re-rendered a video file with different quality settings. I received the error when I went to build the DVD during the navigation phase. I have re-rendered, replaced, and removed the video file that was changed and I continue to get the error. I believe my only option left is to recreate the DVD project from scratch.

The AUDIO_TS folder is used ONLY for DVD Audio disc’s this is very different from Video DVD’s with audio. Encore does not author DVDA discs. I believe that the folder (empty on all video discs) is part of the DVD standard, but players will play a disc without the folder present.
