Yes please, I’d be greatly insterested to know the name of the plug-in and the company. I never got any free plug-ins? Would they help me ‘deinterlace’ as you have suggested? I mean would that filter slow-down/ I mean will it give me a ‘slow-down’ effect.

OH well!!!! Thank you for the encouragement!!!! Anyways, what actually I am after is this…..”I want to run the video a little slow”……Like a strobe effect, but, umm…how do I put it….I want the Video to be 25 fps as it is PAL but I want it to run a bit slower than Video to give it a slightly unsettled effect?
