Actually I can do the export in the required format in MC6 but it will take more time for a single 19 minute video itself. Thats why I had to go for time saving stuffs like exporting it in save as source format and then converting them in video converter.

So we create the isolation of the same footage that is in different layers and animate them, right?

So the only way is to achieve that transition or video effect is to manually do the stuffs you said isn’t it Sean Miller ? And there are no plugins right?

The transition or video effect starts from the beginning of the trailer.
The Link of the trailer is :

I asked this problem in a Avid forum and they tried to give some solution but none helped and they said to ask this problem in FCP forum.

I think you[Shane Ross] are right. Its how both apps read the DSLR footage. One of my friend said that DSLR footage should be imported in Avid through an AMA link setting so that other apps like FCP and colour correcting softwares could read them when imported.

FCP does import the Avid file but the only main problem is when I play the clip which is in the timeline, the clip plays different positions of the In and Out points of the footage. But the timecode ni the EDL is fine.
