… a bit more searching on other forums shows that Taiyo Yuden seems to be the stock of choice for pro users, followed by Verbatim.

…ummm, DVCProHD and DVCPro100HD are the same thing, right?

If not, where do I get the DVCProHD100 codec ? – can’t see it in my menu..
