    Hello All,

I am having the same problem. I am using

Snapz Pro on Mac OSX Leopard
with Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and Adobe Media Encoder CS4

No matter what settings I try, all of my exports result in low quality, blurry, and/or distorted video. I have tried H.264, Quicktime, and even exporting a Targa image sequence. None of them seem to work. When exporting with Quicktime and the MPEG-4 compressor, the video exports successfully but is low quality/distorted. When I try to export using Quicktime and the “Animation” or “None” compressor settings, Adobe Media Encoder stalls at about 99% render completion. You press the pause and resume buttons as many times as you want but they don’t do anything. The render stays frozen at 99% infinitely. Pressing the ‘stop’ button simply crashes Adobe Media Encoder.

This problem is driving me crazy and I think its safe to say I’m interested in an alternative screen capture program. Snapz just doesn’t seem meant to be for editing with Premiere Pro CS4. Unless someone can please prove otherwise.

Attached below is my Adobe Media Encoder log…
