Thanks for the links, as a self taught coder I’m pretty ignorant to a lot. I shall be using that validator site from now on. There is definitely a stray div close tag I never noticed. It would also seem I have not closed a lot of tags properly.

From the forum you linked to it seemed to say, set the body to 100% height as well but that didn’t seem to do the trick. I’ll try to explore a little deeper there.

Hmm that would fix it for sure but because I have my BG image repeat on it’s x axis the blue bar would repeat on freakishly wide browsers. This is however a good backup plan if I can’t solve it any other way.

I came across another question when exporting my dpx sequence. In the settings box for the output module I have the bpc set to my projects settings but if it’s 16 or 32 will it be saving as 10 bit none the less as it’s dpx?

Also the output profile takes it’s info from my working space, what happens if I have that set to none instead of sRGB or something like HDTV Rec.709. However i’m pretty sure the client is using sRGB, what effect does that have on their end?

    Thanks

Thank you for the help, that’s great. As far as the CS4 issue it is indeed puzzling.

Haha, yes formating is always a blast. I would suppose 70% is 23.976 FPS and the rest is 29.97 (with a few at 30). Ah I have used Twixtor before for some frame blending but I forgot about it completely.

You bring up some good thoughts, I would prefer a 16:9 result. To accommodate my 720×480 elements with my 1920×1080. I would suppose a 853×480 final with square pixels might be my best bet then.

Ah yes I simply abbreviated the FPS when I said 29.9, but meaning 29.97, my mistake.

This is for a showreel, for web and DVD. I’ll be exporting it at 720×480. There is no set restrictions on what aspect ratio, I’d like to do 16:9 but there is a lot of 4:3 and 3:2 material and that much letter boxing could get distracting. I’m unsure of what to do when they aren’t all square pixels.
